Places to Explore and New Concepts to Learn are what the Children’s Museum are all about. Here is PhoenixwithKids.com’s Top 5 list for getting the most out of your visit to the Children’s Museum of Phoenix.

1. Your children can pretend they are working at a grocery store (or customers) at the museum’s market.

2. The Grand Ballroom lets everyone try to create the ultimate pathway, with moveable pipes and obstacles for balls to roll down the wall.

3. Texture Cafe: If you have ever wondered what it might be like to be a waiter or a chef, then you are in luck! Explore the various “foods” through the array of fabrics such as green velvet for spinach.  The tables, booths, kitchen and cash register complete the fun activity.

4. Let your monkey try his or her hand (or feet!) on The Climber. Made from found objects, and regular building materials, this tower will take your child above the atrium floor.

5. The Art Studio will let your child’s imagination free through take-home projects and let them become part of the museum’s archive as they participate in collaborative exhibits.
