Dolly Sanchez Memorial Easter Egg Hunt

This event features hunts by age group, carnival games, puppet show, petting zoo and train rides. Mr. and Mrs. Bunny are available for photos.

Egg Hunt

Bring a basket or bag for candy eggs. More than 100 special eggs can be redeemed for prizes. The Lake Pleasant Easter Bunny is on hand for pictures with the kids. Inside the park, "Easter Egg Hunt" signs lead you to the Road Runner Campground play area.

Three age group hunts: 1-3, 4-7 and 8 and older. One grand prize egg includes a Kids' Cabana Pool Party for eight at the Wigwam. Other activities include pictures with the Easter Bunny, egg decorating, egg toss, egg relay and an egg putting challenge.

Arizona Barbecue Festival

50 teams will be grilling and preparing barbecue plates in categories including chicken, brisket, chili, burger, kabobs and "anything butt." Spectators can drop off their children in the kids zone and hang out by the live stage where local bands perform, at the beer garden, whiskey tent or at the farmers market.

Great Cajun Crawfish Boil

Hearty crawfish are shipped in from Louisiana and boiled on-site by a chef. Side dishes include sausage, mushrooms, corn, potatoes and jambalaya. Guests are encouraged to bring sport equipment to use at the volleyball and basketball courts. There is also a playground for kids.
